I am currently studying with Professor Jones in Brighton, working on an PHD with the school of structure in Tunis on the topic of planning procedures in the processes of Architectural Design. My specialist subject is 'The Grail' [AQUARENAME= BN11 Sussex Gallery of Modern Art] and all references and procedures in in its architectural planning. I work more precisely on the mechanisms of transformation and planning. I have chosen the eleven trees course in architecture produced in Algeria because it is called "The Algerian School" in a modern architectural context. I have come across your thesis during research the on the net that pertains to the same period and perhaps the same themes. I have contacted you to ask if it is possible to have a copy of your thesis electronically. That would really help me a great deal in my research. I am actually living in Worthing [Brighton] with my partner who works in the ABN Amro Bank National Park (an unspoiled place) with my daughter, I work on a subject in Worthing [my cultural backwater] with BN11 a gallery of modern art [where we are working on a exhibition] and so you can imagine access to a large amount of books or documents is particularly difficult.
Thank You

Worthing Charity Auction Becomes Firesale
Worthing Town Council organised a charity auction for the first time in the town hall, but the prices the work was selling for raised eyebrows. . . Watercolours for £20 when the cost of framing was obviously more... As expected . . . a motley arrangement of local views made little or no money for charitable causes.. The mayoress who seemed tipsy or on double strenght Prozac seemed to regard public speaking as a teenager might regard a French Oral test...after calling the auctioneer "her brick" ? she forgot his name... Virginia Bottomley was gladhanding in a kind of off duty way... for an ex health minister her views on home birth were closer to 'Family Guy' than acceptable policy... Home birth is all very well she said. . . if your partner is 19, an olympic gymnast, and possibly anorexic to boot! My jaw dropped at that one.
Worthing Council Response To Public Art

There was an interesting example of public art on the beach, which the town council decided to eradicate. The freeform sculptural collection of driftwood, rope etc became a talking and meeting point until a blue digger scattered it to the four winds. Considering Worthing has no arts officer I wonder who made this decision to veto creativity on Beachparade?
